DATA RETENTION

We store the information we collect about you for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. Specific retention periods depend on the nature of the information and why it was collected, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrollment with our Services, and any legal requirements. When no longer needed, personal data is deleted or anonymized.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time as noted in “Your controls and choices”, below. That will require you to delete your account with us, as we need your personal information to maintain your account.

Do not track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting that allows you to signal to websites that you do not want your online activities to be tracked. At this time, there is no industry standard for how websites and online services should respond to these signals. Accordingly, Row Zero does not currently respond to DNT signals. We continue to review developments around browser-based signals and may update our practices if a standard emerges.

Row Zero Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) is the data controller for the user information you provide to us. When providing our services to business customers, we may process personal data on their behalf. In those cases, our processing is governed by the contract and Data Processing Agreement with that customer.

Data Transfers. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. Row Zero uses a variety of safeguards, including using European Commission-approved or UK Government-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, by relying on a European Commission, a UK Government, or Swiss Government adequacy decision, by relying on Binding Corporate Rules, or other measures in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
